I'm a native to South Florida Ft. Lauderdale to be exact. I was always into photography and music from an early age, but I also had a side of me that was always seeking something more spiritual. I grew up in a church with good moral values but I sometimes questioned the churches obstinate and pertinacious standing. This questioning lead me to learn more about Eastern and Western philosophy and mythology.
I went to the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale for graphic design and photography and moved to Miami in 1990. Where I worked for many years as a
photojournalist/graphic designer. My shift as a health and wellness
provider started while living in Arizona in the latter half of the 90's. I took up Kundalini yoga, became a vegetarian and practiced martial arts. I learned many concepts of holistic healing and the power of relaxation through breath work and meditation. Moving back to Miami in 1999, I continued my education in different types of spiritual work from drumming ritual rites, Kabala, Reiki and Qigong.
I moved to Orlando and in 2006 and made the decision to obtain my massage therapy license and now serve patients and clients from Miami to Central Florida.
Currently I'm obtaining my Bachler's in nursing.
